Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Oxevo (“the Service”) at oxevo.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Oxevo is an Instagram analytics platform that connects to your Instagram account via the Meta API and provides insights into your content performance, audience, and engagement. Oxevo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Instagram.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Oxevo. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at lxrellscott@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Instagram connection

When you connect your Instagram account, you grant Oxevo permission to access your Instagram data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this permission at any time through your Instagram account settings. Oxevo will only use your Instagram data to provide the analytics service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to violate Meta’s Platform Terms or Instagram’s Community Guidelines
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

7. Subscription and payment

Oxevo offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error occurred.

8. Availability

We aim to keep Oxevo available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on the Meta API and other third-party services which may experience downtime outside our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual property

The Oxevo name, logo, and Service are owned by Oxevo. Your Instagram content remains yours — we only access it to display analytics to you.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that analytics data will be error-free or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oxevo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
